empty feelin, any advice please

Hi guys my panic has been really bad these past few days but along side this I have a empty feelin in the top ov my stomach, its really worrying me now, has any one else had this feeling xxxx

Do you eat regularly and have a good diet?

Hi its like a hunger sort of feeling but I'm not hungry, my diet is not too goof at the moment as I'm not feeling too great I'm just getting over a acute kidney infection, just wondered if this feeling was down to anxiety xx

hiya i think i get this its a hungry anxious feeling in your stomach. i think its all to do with anxiety and feeling stressed. i eat a little and often because big meals make me feel sick. its not nice but it usually calms down when im not feeling anxious anymore
