Fear of flying

It never happen before, but last 5 years i always scare of flying. My job requires me to travel distance places, i manage to avoid it now but surely my problem with fly will humper my career.

How to overcome this problem?

I have just read your post I am also frightened of flying but I still do it
Have you tried rescue remedy it calms you down a little also if you see your doctor he will prescribe you something to take
The only other thing I can think of is Hypnotherapy.
