Hope you are feeling better!!!
Things that help me to sleep are...
No caffeine after 6pm!
No TV in bed!
Reading helps me to relax so I go to bed early if I'm feeling anxious and read a bit.
A hot shower right before bed will help tense muscles to relax.
No eating heavy after 7PM!
If all else fails try some herbal tea (decaffeinated of course!)
