Left Hand Side Chest Pain stabbing coming and going anxious

Hi there I keep on getting a really sharp pain in the left hand side of my chest it is like a stabbing or nipping pain above my nipple on the left hand side it just comes on for about 2 seconds and then goes away again.

I am feeling a bit dizzy as well. I was told about precordial catch syndrome and Im thinking this might be it. Or I am worried it could be a PE or an MI

hi gordie, i used to suffer with this but below my nipple and it was stomach gas could this be for you? x
