This is me

This is my first time on something like this, I have been off work for almost a year now after severe, suicidal depression. Am now on the mend, hardest year of my life and I just wish I'd spotted the symptoms earlier and got help instead of waiting till I reached breaking point. I'm not the person I was before, I now know my limitations and live within them, I'm enjoying life now not just living it.
