I'm Tim,and I've recently discovered this site and have found it most helpful - and most relevent to my situation. My medical history is long and complex and I've had various diagnoses' , but anxiety,and drinking,have been with me since the age of 18 (I'm now 32). I currently abstain from alcohol. Panic attacks have been becoming a problem quite recently.too.
I live alone,in the midlands,spending most of my time reading. I've not worked for some years either,due to my health. I appreciate the help available on this site,and hope I can help others in return.

There was alot going on when you arrived. In the day it is quieter.
