Joint pain and pre menstrual

So I am getting bad knee pain it started today and I have had it before s few times. I am due on my period Monday and was wondering if anyone else gets joint pain pre period?

Hi! Yes I always do! Normally just aching legs - had it since I started. I just have a bath and take a hot water bottle to bed!

As above hot water bottle, and bubble bath does the trick for my aches and pains during and before my period. I ache all over, but mainly my back! x
