I am currently obssesing about my reflux acid flare up Im experiencing at the moment. I have an ongoing sinus problem which is also not good at this time. Could anyone advise me if the two are connected ??? The more i stress the worse I seem to be getting . The minute I open my eyes Im worrying .
I have asthma , sinus problems and reflux acid my Gp says the all worsen each other and the anxiety makes the situation worse . I am ok when my Gps telling me all this but then i get home and my mind starts working over time
