I was wondering if anyone would be interested in setting up an anxiety support system. Where we help each other out in times of high anxiety/panic through email, msn, text etc. I was thinking in kind of the same way an alcoholic has a sponsor for support. For example, when alone and scared or supporting each other when attempting new things when anxious, perhaps even trying them together at the same time over the phone.
I personally feel like this would help to take the feeling of loneliness out of the anxiety. Even when I'm with people when attempting new things or generally panicking I still feel alone. They don't understand how I feel. I feel like the only person in the world suffering like this and in reality I'm not.
