Ok why is my right boob sore before my period and my left one not?

I first noticed this back in may and had a mega panick about it. My right boob really hurt when pushed or touched or sometimes just for no reason. It also felt more lumpy and different to the left one.

So I saw a doctor who assured me it was normal that I just had lumpy boobs?
Of course that was no good so I saw 3 more doctors and 2 breast specialists.
Each said my right breast was just more glandular and just more painful?
I also had a ultra sound done and it was all clear.
The specialist said breast pain was common and suggested I take primrose capsules.

Anyway this month is a bad month for HA already been in hospital for headaches and had a MRI. Now I am due on my period Monday and for the last week or so my right boob pain is back with avengence and causing me to panick. I would be better if both boobs hurt and felt the same but they do not.

Does anyone else have this?

My husband just tells me to accept what all the doctors said in may and that I have been told what it is. But I cant I always feel that there must be something wrong :(

Yes exactly the same here, but it is my left boob that is the culprit. I had a Breast reduction 12 yrs ago so sort of put it down to that but I dont think it is related. Sometime I feel it more it can hurt when touched and too feels lumpier etc...

So youre deffo not alone on this one, I have a BC HA at the moment so constantly prodding it!

My left boob is totally more bumpy/lumpy than the other. It's actually been freaking me out lately even though it has ALWAYS been that way and never been an issue with my doctor. But then I realized that it hurt less when I stopped feeling for the lumpiness and also some of the tissue was swelling (a lot were glands/lumpy but also a lot went down when I stopped poking).

I'm just trying not to poke around and it helps. Also have been worrying about a dif health issue  so that has taken my mind off of it.

I'm now 50 and haven't had the sore boob before period for past 4 years and but from my teenage years until then nearly every cycle I got very sore left boob for up to a week before period, in fact it was a great way of knowing when my period would start as within 24 hrs of the sore boob going my period would start.

It is completely normal to have only one boob get sore as that is the one that is most suseptable to hormone fluctuations so what you have is totally normal honest.

This came from a breast surgeon so he should know!

Mine always does this. The left side is heavy and painful. In pregnancy my left boob swelled up and was much harder than the right. Defo not the same at all.
Never be a page 3 girl!!
For many reason other than my wonky boobs :)
Try not to worry it is very normal. Sorry you are having a crappy time. I feel like this at the moment. My husband "dont worry Chill" in other words shut up

Ahh me too! My left one is the lumpy one though, like you I have had countless Drs and specialists check it and they all say its fine, just lumpier than then the other, I don't check anymore, I get my Dr to feel once a month.xxxxxxxxxxx
