Newbie from central london

Hello everybody on NMP, i am brand new to this and just joined today.
I am so glad to have landed on this site where i can relate to people that are going thru the same thing as me. I have suffered from panic attackd/anxiety for as long as i can remember. I work full time but i am off sick at the moment as my anxiety got so bad that it started affecting me physically, my balance and also restless legs where i could not stand at traffic lights/queque/wait for a lift etc. It would be great to make some new friends, please drop me a line i would love to hear from anyone x
