Anxiety has taken over again :(

So me and my boyfriend planned a nice night in at his house tonight but within 10 minuets of getting there I had a panic attack and had to leave :( I am sick of anxiety ruling my life :/ I think I'm starting to become agrophobic as leaving the house these past few weeks has been terrifying

I start a new job on Sunday and then start college on Monday, I don't know how I'm going to cope! :(

Try and stay next time - you will soon realise that nothing terrible is going to happen - it is just the thoughts you are creating in your mind that causes the panic.

Stay with it and it will calm down I promise.
