ok, so i was downstairs, and suddenly on the top left hand side of my head, i got this wierd feeling off internal pressure, no pain, so worried :( please help

Very common. I get them all the time as well.

thank god! haha, i thought it was an anurism (def spelt that wrong) or something! so scary,

........ i bet the green tea has something to do with it lol

I get this at least once a week, sometimes more. It only lasts a second or two if its the same thing you get. My old doctor from about 10 years ago told me pressure feelings inside the head are normal and harmless.
