been doctors and upping dose

im still feeling down keep looking for faults

he checked my temp it were 37.3

he checked my glands cause i thought something were wrong with them and they were fine.

i went over telling him how i feel

im going from 20mg to 30mg im on 30mg for a week then upping to 40mg

Ive been on 20mg for 6 week, doc increased dose to 40mg today.

What made you guys want to up to 40mg? Im currently on week 3 of 20mg and can feel a decline in my anxiety again! Its definetly made a dent on my mood but tbh I dont think I was depressed anyway! xx

upping my dose to 30 mg today and in a month if not significantly better going to 40.
20 has helped me i must admit but i need that extra bit i reckon to make this a lot more livable !

we should keep up to date on how the dosage upping is going , taking 30 tonight!
