Hello, Im new to this site. I came across it when searching for advice on how to get over panic attacks. I understand what they are and that its just adrenaline, but Im really struggling to fight them. Anxiety is on my mind 24/7 and I just cant shake it off. I feel it will never end. Any advice would be warmly appreciated. I feel I can read other peoples posts and offer help and support, but I am incapable of putting it in to practice on myself.
