One of the things that tests my anxiety is my parents going away...they leave early in the morning for France..come back 9pm wed night......up til now i've been doing ok, not entirely relaxed so I've had little waves of anxiety...bit unsettled at mealtimes...but felt postive at least...i just hate it when the physical things get a bit worse..so annoying...still as I say its got better over the years...is this sounding silly...? ok got that out hope everyones ok!
