Just a hello really whilst i explore this site.
i am a carer and a social worker. Ihave been a carer for more years than a sw...in fact i am not sure i would have gone into this field of work without the carer experience. Anyway i am experiencing burnout...overload...and having had some time out and gone back on phased return recognise I have been in this place for sometime and I need to exit to change my stress levels and hopefully reduce the impact on my own health...hard to do though.
