I joined only few days ago and already this wonderful site has helped me so much the info on here is brilliant.....i live in derbyshire so not that far from you.....do you take any meds at all, i,m on prozac for depression and also suffer from panic/anxiety and when i get really stressed out i get depersonalisation which scares me so much:weep:....am here if you fancy a chat anytime.
