My name is georgie , im new to no more panic but not new to mental difficulties! Have spoken to many other sufferers and many many doctors! The chat room system is quite good although you might be interested to look at aware.ie which have online support groups but they are limited to groups of fifteen with two administrators/experts who give good advice. They also have specific chat rooms for people suffering from bipolar / depression and families etc. Hoping i can find some comfort and and comfort some others!
