I am currently suffering from depression and im currently on citalopram 60mg,
at this point in time im also suffering from anxiety which is stopping me from having a normal life what can i do to stop anxiety, or to take care of it. the depression is so fare under control but the anxiety is getting the better of me any ideas on how to resolve this issue. thanks
