Everyone has bad days, bad weeks, bad months...

Don't put so much pressure on yourself to get better...it takes time

h26 hun we have all felt like this befor haven anxitey /panic is awfull ....but theres always better days ahead so think possitive hun ...hope u feel better soon ....dont let the anxitey beat u ...stay strong

What do I do to deserve to be hurt constantly :-( I'm sick of having my heart constantly ripped to pieces :-( x

h26 all I can think of today is just what you have wrote above.
I am sick sick sick of heart ripped to bits and being hurt.
