I ate sometuna and crackers and my normal 72 beat is hovering around 80. . It doesnt usually do that. Is that bad?

No that's fine. My heart rate is usually around 84bpm. I think the normal range is between 60-100bpm obviously the lower it is the better. I find that after eating my heart rate sometimes increases also happens after a bath or shower too.

I remember reading that your heart rate naturally goes up when you are eating as it take energy to digestive food.
Sometimes eating can bring on palpitations and a racing heart if you are in anyway prone to it :)

You would think with all the blood pressure meds and beta blockers it would be in the 50,s but guess not ....

My heart goes over 100's after I eat and is never usually below even 90.
