For a few weeks now, my temples hurt, the back of my head, forehead, my nose feels like it's full of pressure, my shoulders ache, all of my neck, down my arms, like a fluey type ache?
I guess a lot is tension but it's giving me vertigo!
The room spins, my head goes heavy and light, the tension is making me feel like i'm falling forward, making me nauseaous making me get vertigo!
:( There is no relief.,
