anxiety attacks ruining my life

over the last 4 weeks i've had really bad attacks but the last few days have been horrendous and frightening x just sitting here now i keep going dizzy stomach hurts legs like jelly pounding heart shakes feeling sick feeling as if i'm going to die shall i go on had attacks 14 years ago but come back since my dad died can anyone help me in stopping them i just can't control them x

I am also going through hell with panic attacks. The attacks are so horrible that any chance of happiness is destroyed. I personally see a psychiatrist who prescribes for me the following: Xanax, Seroquel, Depakote, Artane and Zoloft. Even with this cocktail of drugs, I have begun having panic attacks again that these medications cannot control. Oh well. All we can do is pray the attacks will abate.
