racing heart beat after walking upstairs

When I've walk up stairs, as I reach the top, my heart is racing and beating really hard. Is this anything to worry about or is it normal? Does anyone else suffer with this??

Racing heart is normal with anxiety..also depends on your general fitness? Have you been to the docs? Just go get it checked, Happens to me but I am really unfit so any exercise makes my heart race.
Try not to worry just get it checked out..most gps can do a really quick ECG check and some will even give you a monitor to wear for a week to check when your heart rate increases
I know hearts make us panic but go to the docs ..put your mind at rest.

I used to worry about this as it happened more often than not, then I realised that when I went up the stairs I was holding my breath and this didn't help with the breathlessness; try breathing in and out steadily when going up and see if it helps.
