cant settle feel so restless tonight yet really tired!!! why bother whats the point anymore cos i dont see any just now!! It strange as had a goodish summer well when i was away anyway and now am back and starting back at studying and working somewhere different which is hard in itself due to the work and feel i should know how to help myself and get on with and that people are watching me and analysing me at work so have to hide it all even more!!!

Im starting to feel panicky again and hate this feelign want to run away from it!!
