Weird Light In Eyes

Hey everyone, im new here :)
Sometimes, i see a really quick flash of light in my eyes, only for like a milisecond, i went to the Optician and they said my eyes where fine, so basically im pretty worried about this.
(also i stay up until like 3am even on college nights could this effecting anything?)

I wouldn't worry about it NeonTiger. Sometimes my entire vision flickers - like I'm walking by a fence with the sun coming through the other side. It could be that you have a form of visual migrane (like me) or it could be nothing at all. If you went to an optician, and they said you were fine, thats good news. If you had a brain tumor (heaven forbid) they'd generally be able to tell by the pressure on your eye. If you had that or anything else wrong with you, there'd also be a lot more symptoms. Its just one of those things, try not to worry.
