Sensitive belly button/navel?

I suffer from IBS. I dont know if this makes a difference, but for a while my belly button seems abit sensitive. If you touch it, its like you can feel a nerve behind it, it freaks me out when anyone trys to touch it too! if you press on it i feel the urge to wee sometimes too! so strange!!

Anyone else got this too?

i get this i found it weird but never really told anybody its like a really weird feeling down below if u poke your finger in your belly cant explain it:huh:

Yes! exactly you know what I mean! I cannot describe the feeling! lol

I know the feeling, I had it all my life as far as I can remember.

Yep just tried it myself and you do get a funny feeling down below, assume this is because nerves connect. One funny one my Dr friend told me was that stimulation of a nerve in the vagina will give you a terribly itchy sole of foot so if this can happen anything can:)

Am assuming here that you don't have any nasty smelly goo in your tummy button as that can make it very sensitive??

yes i have had this all my life! always wondered what caused it too. Its exactly the same as you if i put my finger in my belly button it causes a wee like feeling.
