Panicky and dizziness!!!

Just had a bath and when I got out my throat started jumping and I had to lay on floor as was soo dizzy.
What could have caused me to feel soo dizzy?? :-(

If you have the water really hot, and get up out of it too quickly it can make you dizzy, just sit down and cool down for a few minutes and you will be fine

I was just going to say the same, if I have areally hot bath when I get up I get dizzy too, go very off balance xx

Hi, hope your feeling better now. I get this a lot mine is causes by heart flutter, totally nothing to worry about just another side effect of anxiety. :D
