Anyone else have the chest issues when tired

Hi again

I woke up at 6 this morning with odd dull twinges in my heart

area ...this made me worry and it took me ages to get back to sleep..i finally did and woke up at 11 ish ..now i am thinking about it and don't want to do anything today just rest ....i went to bed quite late and i have found if I am tired these chest things seem to kick in more ...does anyone else have this ??? getting slight pins and needles in hands too ...:weep:

plus i am constantly throat clearing ...had omazeprole and on gaviscon advance after having camera down my throat at hospital ..they said it was
just a habit but i really can't stop doing it :( much as i try !!

just want to feel healthy again is that too much to ask ??

hey! i can totally relate, ill wake up at like 6 and feel sick to my stomach with chest pains, because of acid reflux, (nightmares), but then ill take two rennie and ill be able to go back asleep haha,

i get the pins and need all the time in my hands and feet, and the throat clearing thing too, there all anxiety symptoms honestly,
