After 19 years on a cocktail, I am now on rivrotril and pernazine. For 2 years now, have been reducing rivrotil. Have cut down by 60 percent. Now is the difficult part. I was able to sleep once a week but now cannot because the rivrotril has relaxed my urinary muscles to the nth degree and I have to go all night, every 5-10 minutes. Am not depressed, panicked or anything, just have to go all the time and I can't sleep on account of that. Need to sleep so I can continue with reduction.
