I am 33 and stressing about this I have sore bones and joints I have been to the doc and she did bloods they all came back good apart low thyroid which was 5.9 I was put on a very light med for it and told to come back and get another blood test to see the levels in 2 mths. am still getting acey bones and so worried that I have bone cancer it's been a mth :( but the doc said if it was something bad then something "not right would have come up in my blood test" or could stress make it worse? Plz post if anyone has the same I am going out of my mind. Joll

I'm sure it's not cancer, I know they thyroid can cause a zillion symptoms!
I've been tested now maybe 6 or even more times, I show all the signs of an over active thyroid but all the tests came back good.
Give the meds a chance to work, they might help.
I get achy a lot, right now my legs hurt but for me I know it's normal.
Stress can cause aches too.
Maybe try some fish oil tablets, you can calcium and magnesium tablets that say they help your joints, maybe go the pharmacy and ask for their advice.
Sorry you are in pain :( :hugs:

I hope I can put your mind a bit at ease here. I've seen up close what bone cancer pain feels like. My mom had bone metastases and before she was put on very heavy pain medication (morfine and the like) and had attacks of bone pain, she would scream from the pain. It kept her awake many nights. She said it was pain so bad you wouldn't want to wish upon your worst enemy. Your pain definitely doesn't sound like bone cancer pain.

I get sore muscles as well as joints at times. At the moment it's achy muscles, but it's most likely due to stress.
Also, joints can play up when the weather changes. Not sure where you live, but it's getting colder here and I always feel a bit off when it does.

Hope you feel better soon :hugs:
