Hi ya'll, just found this site and I can't tell you the relief I feel. Most everyone I talk to just doesn't understand the fear, anxiety and panic I feel when confronted with my phobia (spiders) even the word makes me shudder. So knowing that I've found somewhere where there are people like me and that understand how I feel is like a huge weight off my shoulders.
Apart from my phobia I've been a regular sufferer of anxiety and depression from childhood which I have now got under control, it doesn't stop the anxiety and depression but I can deal with it now, though some days are harder than others :)
I'm just really happy to have found this site.
