Hi and welcome to the forum.
Yes there are members here who have no anxiety at all anymore.
Do I think they have been cured?
No because anxiety in one's life is normal. The issue is when it goes from being healthy normal anxiety and twists into this burdensome all inclusive ball and chain.

I have seen members get a handle on their anxiety and return to normalcy.
It takes time, loads of experimentation (there is no one fix for everyone), and lots of hard work but it is possible.

Hello,

Yes, I agree with Sandy.

I think it is possible to handle anxiety and live with it, but I do not believe it is possible when you have been an anxiety sufferer to ever live freely without some level of anxiety. I don't mean the 'normal' anxiety which of course everyone has now and again, I mean the kind of anxiety that is a problem. That I think we will have a lifetime.

I would like to think I more or less have a handle on my anxiety. I know what it is. It does not scare me anymore. I have had it 8 years. Yes, it comes back every now and again when I am stressed (like recently) but I deal with it, and then it passes again.

It is possible to live with anxiety, and not tell yourself you have to be free of it. That is just too much pressure, and in my opinion, a useless fight.

Life doesn't have to stop. It can go on.

xx:hugs:

I don't think anxiety ever goes away completely but I think it does come down to a manageable level and not such a prominent issue in our lives. It just takes time and practice but you can get there.
