Hi there,
My boyfriend's mum gave me this book and even though my condition is generalised anxiety rather than just panic, I found it contained some very useful information. If panic attacks is your main problem, I'd definitely recommend it! It's also a good resource for anyone close to you (partner, family, friend) to read to gain understanding of panic disorder.
