Trapped wind/cramps for months

I've had many days where I have felt a trapped wind all day and it can go on weeks/months. Sometimes it passes but I often get frequent bowel movements too.

Is it normal to feel this need to go with wind? Is it normal to happen regularly with anxiety or does it mean illnesses?

Hi I've had the trapped wind day in day out for months before and it was so painful i still get it but not as frequently and not as bad. I tried windeze gel capsules and found them really good. Needed the loo this morning but was so hard to pass anything coz there seemed like there was so much wind trapped in there ( tmi ! ) and nothing was moving, not nice ! i have probs with my bowel movements too.

Yes I use to get cramp and pains but now more wind feeling I need.

When I'm less anxious it's not as bad. :huh:
