Palpitation late at night

Hello to all,

Im very anxious coz ive bad palpitation late at night. Im very worried because ive a family ( cousin) aged 41 who died during her sleep. She had a heart attack. She did not have any health problem. After knowing the reason of her death im having high anxiety as im on stress the whole day & night. Plus ive social anxiety and palpitation always. im 32 years old.

Please help me out.

Anybody please reply to me. Im very :scared15: anxious. Im pannicking right now with palpitation etc. PLus ive a baby of 1 year old to look after. Im at work now.

Hello Janvi:)i have palps to,have you seen doctor for check up.Do you try breathing exercises?most palps are harmless,but see doctor to reassure.You will be Ok try relax.

I did not go to any Dr. Yet. Had been before my pregnancy. Had to stop taking medecine due to my pregnancy. Ive done a blood test, thyroid test in this June and all my report was ok.
