Hello

I am a mam of 3 children 4, 2 and 14 weeks old. I have been having some anxiety and depression issues and feeling a bit alone due to the demands of being a stay at home mother :(

WOW!! Stupid question but how did you manage in the early years with the small age gaps? I usually cope ok but lately not so good, doctors appointment today hopefully I can get some help xx

GOD KNOWS HOW. it was a bit of a trek but somehow i made it hahahaahxxx na it is hard but my mum helps me a hell of a lot dont know what i would do without her.make sure you let me know how your appointment wentxxxx:hugs:
