Ugh meant to be flying out on holiday later this week. The worry about having a panic attack in airport has always been in back of my mind but now it's triggered a panic attack at home. I just wish I wasn't going now, actually want to cancel the whole thing. I need a break and this doesn't feel relaxing. Want to throw up.
Hi, I worry about going away too. Have you got lots of things to keep you distracted and busy at the airport and on the flight - books, music, puzzle books, etc.
Also, have you ever tried Rescue Remedy? That may help.
Hard as it is, remember panic cannot hurt you and it will pass.
