most weird sensation

Hi
Well havent been on here for a while but I have just had the most weirdest feeling in my chest.......
It felt like someone was squeezing me and at the same time an air bubble was trying to get through is this just my anxiety?
I have pains in my chest eveyday but have come to live with them but this feeling was really weird and now I am really worried
Can someone explain?
Really think I will have a heart attack now :weep:

Does it feel like a burp or food is stuck?
Cause I get that sometimes as well as a weird tight squeezing feeling

No it just suddenly happened and it only lasted a few seconds it was like a wave inside me if that makes sense.
I had an ecg on monday and blood tests done and eerything was fine but still worried x
