pain in right arm

hi guys
any one had a servere pain down their right arm today i went to pick up a bottle of milk and i gor a right pain down my right arm i went to ent who said it was prop muscular but im worried in case it was my heart i went to gym just before that 15 mins wailking and 10 mins a slow jog . then i got this pain 20 mins later no chest pain . but i keep going over and over it in my head like an ocd

I cant offer much help, but i often get the same sort of pain in my arm after vigerous exercises.. never knew what it was but im still here so wasnt a heart attack, sorry not been much help, just didnt want to read and run x
