Hi
When I had my first Panic Attack and couldn't even get out of the door for fear of it all - my employment Occup Health gave me a fantastic little book - Bev Aisbetts "Your Survival Guide to Panic Attacks" from her own experience on a normal day it coming out of the blue. Its not complicated - its cartooned to try and put the reader more at ease and it explained the first steps to recovery - if you are in the unknown all of a sudden - you can get a hold of a copy at Amazon etc.... it is certainly worth a read
