worried about journey

Hi im going to hastings tomo with a friend for my birthday but im anxious about the long journey,iv bin befor and was ok,but im worrying now.advice pls!

I don't like long journeys, and when I was stressing about going on a journey was given some coping strategies. I actually had some I SPY books for the journey which really helped, but others advised listening to music, or you could even have a sing along ! Anything that distracts you is good. I think the anticipation of the journey is worse than actually going. I do hope you can have a nice journey and a lovely birthday treat:):)
