Hi another newbie here I am married with 4 children and a beautiful Cavalier King charles Spaniel called Jess (apple of my eye) I have suffered with anxiety and depression for a long time and have been on various meds at the moment i am on sertraline 20mg. It seems to suit me having tried a lot of others as this does not seem to have any side effects. There are various reasons for my anxiety and lack of self worth which I would like to share as time goes on and I feel more comfortable. I am 60 years old and did not know there was anything like this so I am pleased to have found you all and look forward to sharing dicussions xxx:)
