head pressure bad!!!!!

here i set at 1:15am with the worst head pressure on top of head and forhead it causes my eyes to go funny i am super dizzy and i just feel sick from it all ive had it for 3 days stright no relive...please if anyone can help or have had this befor let me know so i dont feel so alone with this ...ive been to er a couple times over this and i had a ct scan and it was all clear ...its has to be something causeing it ...my head feels like it weighs 1000 pound feels like i cnt hold it up...thanks for ur continued support ..

I am so sorry that you have been suffering like this constantly for past few days - it must be miserable for you but since you have been to ER and had tests, it would suggest that it is anxiety or panic driven.

Have you taken any painkillers ? and tried resting ?

Head pressure is a horrible sensation. I had this the first few days of taking Citalopram but it passed. Hope it passes for you too.
