hand coordination

From time to time I just feel like I can't get my hand to coordinate with my brain. It just feels like my hand is weak and clumsy. Has anyone suffered from this as part of their anxiety and panic? Then of course I can feel like the panic symptoms are coming on and have to control them and settle myself down.

I get his alot when im going through a rough patch with my anixety. I feel totally spaced out sometimes and detached from the world and I find that my body becomes very clumsy. My hands dont do exactly what I want them too and nither do my feet. I think is called Depersonlisation. Its a very scary symptom which i find sometimes can last an hour or even a few days.
