Ladies, anyone's anxiety worse with pms?

Hi there,
i was just wondering if anyones anxiety peaks more before you are due on? I suffer pretty badly painwise due to endometriosis but I'm sure my anxiety is worse prior to period :(

Yes I can totally relate to this, I have the same problem, normally a couple of days before my period my anxiety kicks in big time.

Yep mine too, although I couldnt understand why I'd been particularly bad over the last few days, however just discovered that I've come on again just two weeks after my last period!!

I have panic attacks just before i start my period, they are much worse now but thats my age i think, starting the menopause.

yes im with you there! i always find it harder to manage my anxiety, it goes through the roof about a week before. x

Yes, my anxiety is the worst a week prior to my menstrual cycle..

I can totally relate to this too. About a week before I am due I worry about anything and everything.!:)
