Hi

Found this web site and I'm hoping i can maybe get some advice and hopefully give some too!

I have been on citalopram now for a long while and find it really good, a life saver really. However the main problem is the way it affects my memory and train of thought and it seems to be getting worse which obviously isn't good with work. I have suffered with depression and social phobia for years and citalopram really helps me to leave a normal life but the memory thing is a real problem as I have to be so careful I don't make mistakes all the time which obviously makes me quite anxious.

Has anyone else experienced this and maybe found a way to overcome it. I've heard ginko biloba is quite good and wondered if anyone has tried it.

Thanks for reading:)
