Today I actually got in my car and drove completely alone for the first time since april, i did not go far only about 4 miles but i managed it and felt pretty good about it onwards and upwards as they say :D

I hated going places in my car and remember how scary it was, so i understand what a massive achievement it is.

You must feel absolutely chuffed with yourself.....keep going out and about and it will become so easy.

Ah well done you. I have been through this too and I can understand how hard it was and what you must be feeling at such a big step forward!! :) Keep it up. I'm trying to push myself more and more to go further out of my comfort zone but the best thing is the comfort zone keeps getting wider so it's working!! x
