Been dealing with anxiety for a bit making progress ... when the anxiety starts I notice cold toes or couple of fingers getting cold, my face would flush, heat from face, then, I will be sweating big time with cold feet and cold spots on legs, then the tightness in the middle of back, and when its really bad burning skin, then I get aching, like I been hit with a bat all over my back, then I start to yawn and deep yawn for about 5 min, then feel very tried ... was wondering if any one else has experience the same symptoms.
